How the launch goes

Five steps from survey to the first shift

We run the implementation together with your team: from mapping your processes to a warehouse working in the system.

  1. 01

    Survey

We walk through your processes: receiving, storage, picking, shipping — and agree what to automate first.

  2. 02

    Modelling your warehouse

We set up zones, locations, put-away and picking rules in the system. Master data is completed as you work.

  3. 03

    Integration

We set up data exchange between NUS WMS and your accounting system.

  4. 04

    Training

We train the people in charge and the shift leads. From then on, shift leads bring new pickers up to speed.

  5. 05

    Go-live

We start in one warehouse, stay with you through the first shifts and fine-tune the setup as we go.

Support is in English and Ukrainian, by email. On business days from 9:00 to 18:00 Kyiv time, as fixed in the offer.

Why us

Why teams choose NUS WMS

Start fast, without perfect master data

No months of preparing master data. Start with what you have and fill in dimensions, topology, put-away rules and containers as you work.

Transparent pricing

EUR-priced. −10% annual discount. Self-service plan changes anytime.

An operator learns in one shift

The handheld interface walks the operator through step by step: scan, confirm, next. No thick manuals, no dedicated training — the shift lead brings a new picker up to speed.

AI on your own models

Not a separate licence, and not “our AI”. An MCP service exposes warehouse data to the AI chat you already use — the model and the provider are yours, and access stays within the user’s permissions.

Guarantees

What the offer commits us to, in plain words

Where your data lives, what happens on an outage or a missed payment, and how the terms change. Each point is an obligation in the offer, not an advertising promise.

99.5% uptime SLA per month

Miss it and a service credit is issued automatically, up to 50% of the monthly fee. No ticket, no asking.

Your data stays in the EU

Warehouse data is in Google Cloud data centres in Poland; customer and billing records are at Hetzner in Germany and Finland.

Each warehouse in its own database

Only your users reach a warehouse database, within their permissions. Traffic and databases are encrypted, and backups run automatically.

A month to come back

Miss a payment and everything keeps working for 7 days, then 7 days read-only, then access is blocked. Data is deleted only 30 days after that.

Seats aren't tied to a warehouse

Ordered seats live in one pool on the account. Moving a person between warehouses is free. Up to 5 warehouses are included in every plan.

Terms never change quietly

A new subprocessor comes with 30 days' notice and the right to terminate without penalties; other changes with 14 days'; a personal-data incident is reported within 48 hours.

Pricing

Not a plan — a constructor

You don't pick a 'box'. You combine four independent items: concurrent sessions, named accounts, technical accounts for integrations, and storage. Each is priced separately.

All modules, integrations and MCP access for the AI assistant are included in every combination. No feature add-ons.

Service

Concurrent access

€25
/mo · per concurrent session

A seat for simultaneous work. It is taken only while someone is working in the system: once they leave, the seat is free for the next person. Three shifts of one storekeeper each — one access, even though each has their own login.

For: warehouses with shifts and staff turnover; teams where not everyone works at the same time.

Service

Named access

€15
/mo · per user

Assigned to one person: their sign-in is guaranteed even when every other seat is taken. That is why it is always occupied, and it allows only one session at a time.

For: managers who need to get in at any moment; a small warehouse with one permanent storekeeper.

Service

Technical access

€5
/mo · per integration

A service user through which your accounting system (1C, BAS, ERP) exchanges data with NUS WMS. API only, no interface — no person works under it.

For: integrations. One is usually enough; two if you also have a test database.

Service

Storage volume

from €10
5 GB free · then from €10/mo

Base volume is included. Need more? Pick a pack: +10, +50, +200, +500 GB.

For: every account — 5 GB is included; add a pack when it runs short.

FAQ

Common questions

What teams ask most before they start.

No answer here? Let's talk it through on a demo
Do I need to install anything?
No. NUS WMS is a SaaS. It runs in the browser on PCs and laptops, in mobile apps on Android and iOS, and on industrial PDT devices (Zebra, Honeywell, etc.). We host the server side.
How fast can we go live?
A standard implementation takes 2–3 months: configuration for your warehouse, ERP integrations, operator training, and a pilot in one warehouse. The timeline holds when you work with the warehouse processes NUS WMS proposes; deep rework of the system to match existing processes extends the project.
Can it integrate with 1C/BAS?
Yes. We have packaged connectors for 1C 8.3 and BAS ERP, plus webhook + REST API for any ERP. See the API section of the documentation.
What about hardware (PDTs, scanners, printers)?
We support standard industrial PDTs (Zebra TC, Honeywell CT, Newland), 1D/2D scanners, label printers (Zebra ZD, Honeywell PC). The validated list is in the docs.
How is support organised?
In English and Ukrainian by email. Hours are Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 Kyiv time, fixed in clause 7.1(g) of the General terms.
What happens to my data after the trial?
Move to a paid plan and your data carries over untouched. Otherwise access is suspended, the data is kept for 30 days, and after that it is permanently deleted with an email confirmation. The service provides no separate data export — access runs through the system itself.
