NUS WMS Pricing
Edition in force: v2026-09-29 (from 29 September 2026). This official English version was published on 2 October 2026. Both texts are authentic; in case of any discrepancy between them, the Ukrainian text prevails.
This Pricing applies in its edition in force to every agreement concluded by accession to a public offer of the Provider that designates it as its integral part. Terms are used in the meanings given in the NUS WMS General Terms of Service (https://wms.com.ua/en/legal/general-terms-en).
1. Pricing currency
Prices in this document are expressed in euro (EUR).
- Clients who are residents of Ukraine settle exclusively in hryvnia (UAH) at the official NBU EUR/UAH rate on the date the rakhunok-faktura is issued; the price in EUR is the monetary equivalent of the obligation (Part 2 of Article 524 and Article 533 of the Civil Code of Ukraine). - Clients who are non-residents settle in EUR or USD; the amount in USD is determined at the NBU EUR/USD cross rate on the date the Invoice is issued. For details — Section V of the Public Offer for Non-residents (https://wms.com.ua/uk/legal/offer-nr).
The Provider is not a VAT payer; prices do not include VAT.
2. Prices for access to the Service

Specifics:
- Accesses of all three types are ordered for the Account and form a single pool. The Client itself allocates the ordered accesses of each type between its Tenants in the Customer Portal (clause 3.1 of the General Terms); the total accesses allocated to Tenants may not exceed the ordered number. Re-allocation between Tenants is free of charge.
- Access types may be combined within one Account.
- Technical Access is intended solely for automated integrations (clause 1.17 of the General Terms); a natural person may not log in as a technical user.
- One Technical Access is included in every configuration of the Services of the Account at no additional charge (clause 3.1 of the General Terms); it does not count as a paid access, so a configuration must contain at least one paid access (clauses 3.1, 3.5(d) of the General Terms).
3. Prices for the Account Storage Volume

Specifics:
- The Storage Volume is set for the Account and is shared by all Tenants of the Client; there are no separate volume limits per Tenant (clause 3.2 of the General Terms).
- The used volume includes the total size of the databases of all Tenants of the Account and of their Backups (clause 1.18 of the General Terms).
- 1 GB = 1,073,741,824 (2³⁰) bytes.
- Additional volume packages are not added up automatically — the Client chooses one package it needs on top of the base volume (for example, for a need of 30 GB — the "+50 GB" package).
- If more than 505 GB is needed — individual pricing upon a separate request to support@wms.com.ua.
- On reaching 80% and 90% of the ordered volume the Client receives a notice; on reaching 100% all Tenants of the Account are switched to read-only mode until the volume is increased by reconfiguration or the data is reduced (clauses 3.2.1 — 3.2.2 of the General Terms). The used volume is recalculated once an hour, so deleting data lifts the restriction not instantly but after the next recalculation.
4. Tenants

Specifics:
- The Client itself creates Tenants in the Customer Portal within this limit (clause 2.7 of the General Terms).
- A Tenant deleted by the Client can be restored for 30 calendar days and counts towards the limit throughout that time.
- The Tenant limit is increased individually upon request to support@wms.com.ua.
5. Annual payment discount
For payment for 12 (twelve) months in advance, a discount of 10% (ten per cent) is applied to the total amount.
Example calculation for the configuration "2 Concurrent Accesses + +50 GB" for 12 months:

The amount payable in hryvnia (for residents) or in USD (for non-residents who have chosen USD) is determined at the rate set by the Offer of the relevant market on the date the Invoice is issued.
The discount is granted for payment of the full 12-month term. If before the end of the annual Billing Period the Client switches to monthly billing by reconfiguration, the discount for the time used is lost: the time used is recalculated at the monthly rate without the discount, and the remainder of the amount paid is set off against the new configuration or credited as a Service Credit (clause 3.6.1(b) of the General Terms). Switching to the monthly period from the end date of the annual one — by a Scheduled Order (clause 3.3.2(d) of the General Terms) — does not affect the discount for the past year and takes place without interruption of access.
6. Reconfiguration of the Services
The composition, volume and billing frequency of the Services are changed by reconfiguration — an order of a new target configuration (clauses 3.4 — 3.6 of the General Terms). Any Service may increase, decrease or disappear, and the billing frequency may be changed.
- Price — the new configuration for the full chosen term (1 or 12 months) under the Pricing in force − the unused balance of paid Services − available Service Credits. If the balance and Service Credits cover the whole price, no Invoice is issued and the Client receives an Order Confirmation (clause 3.6.4 of the General Terms).
- End date — a new one, single for all Services: the chosen term from the start of the paid term of the new configuration, to the hour. The paid term starts from the first full hour after activation; the incomplete hour is free of charge (clause 3.3 of the General Terms).
- Unused balance — by hours, from the price paid; when switching from the annual to the monthly period — the amount paid minus the time used at the monthly rate without the annual discount (a month = 730 hours).
- The excess of the balance over the price of the new configuration is credited as a Service Credit (clause 1.15 of the General Terms) valid for 12 months from crediting, which is applied automatically to the Provider's subsequent Invoices; it is not refunded in monetary form.
- After the end date, a reconfiguration is possible with an additional payment for the overdue period — the previous configuration under the Pricing in force pro rata to the hours (clause 3.5(e) of the General Terms).
- Activation before payment (clause 3.3.1 of the General Terms). If an order activated before payment is not paid by the Payment Deadline, it is cancelled, and the Services in excess of those paid for during the time used constitute Unpaid Usage: the monthly rate without the annual discount / 730 × hours. It is included as a separate line in the next Invoice. Example: 3 Concurrent Accesses and the +50 GB package for 264 hours — (3 × 25 + 39) / 730 × 264 = €41.23.
- Advance Payment — funds paid for Services not yet activated (in particular for a Scheduled Order before its start) do not reduce the amount of an Invoice but are automatically applied towards its payment; they are refunded at the Client's written request (clause 3.6.3 of the General Terms).
- The calculation method and examples — clauses 3.3 — 3.6 of the General Terms.
- Re-allocation of accesses between Tenants within the ordered number is not a reconfiguration and is made without additional payment and without Service Credits.
7. Changes to this Pricing
The Provider may unilaterally change this Pricing in the manner provided for by Section XIII of the General Terms (14 calendar days' notice, except in the cases of clause 13.6 of the General Terms). New prices apply only to Services ordered after they take effect. Services already paid for are provided until the end of the paid period at the prices in force at the moment of payment.
