Concurrent access is a seat for simultaneous work that different people take in turn: it is occupied only while someone is working in the system. Named access is assigned to one person: their sign-in is guaranteed even when every concurrent seat is taken, so it is always occupied and allows one active session. Example: three shifts of one storekeeper each, each under their own login, is one Concurrent access at €25/mo; on Named access the same three people would cost 3 × €15 = €45/mo. Common pattern: named for managers, concurrent for shift operators.

At the NBU rate on the invoice date (Articles 524 and 533 of the Civil Code of Ukraine). On the calculator page we show an approximate figure — the actual amount may differ.

The unused portion of your payment is set off against the new configuration, and whatever exceeds its price becomes a Service Credit valid for 12 months, automatically applied to your next invoices (General terms, clause 3.6).

Yes, from your account area: you pick a new configuration — add or remove any access and storage, or switch the billing period. You pay for the new configuration over a full term minus the unused remainder of what you already paid, counted in hours; the new term for all services starts at the moment of the change. If the remainder is larger, the invoice is zero and the excess becomes a service credit valid for 12 months; it is not refunded in cash. Moving from annual to monthly billing forfeits the annual discount on the time already used. You can also schedule the change for the end of the current term — the new configuration then starts without a break, and the annual discount for the past term is kept. See clauses 3.3.2 and 3.5–3.6 of the General terms.

The provider (TOV BILYI VITER WEB STUDIO) is not a VAT payer. VAT is not itemised on invoices.

A tenant is a separate database within your account: typically a warehouse, branch or legal entity. Up to 5 tenants are included in every plan at no extra charge. Seats are ordered on the account as one pool and distributed between tenants by you; redistribution is free. A deleted tenant can be restored within 30 days and occupies its slot throughout.

At 80% and 90% of the ordered volume you get a notification. At 100% all tenants of the account switch to read-only until you increase the volume or reduce the data. Usage is recalculated once an hour, so deleting data lifts the restriction at the next recalculation rather than instantly.

Technical access is a service account for automated integrations: ERP exchange, webhooks, REST API. It costs €5/mo and is not meant for a person — signing in as a human under a technical user is not allowed. One is usually enough; two if you also have a test database of your accounting system. Named access at €15/mo is a personal account for a specific employee with one active session.
