NUS WMS List of Subprocessors

This document is published in accordance with clause 10.7 of the NUS WMS General Terms of Service (edition v2026-09-29). Terms are used in the meanings given in the General Terms. For Clients to whom the Data Processing Agreement (Annex 3 to the Offer for Non-residents) applies, this List is Annex III to the standard contractual clauses.

The Provider is located in Ukraine; the administration of the Service and technical support are carried out from Ukraine (clause 10.8 of the General Terms). The Provider is not a Subprocessor and is not included in this List.
2. Procedure for changes
The Provider notifies the Client of the engagement of a new Subprocessor no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days before it starts processing data (clause 10.7 of the General Terms). Each change to the list is made by a new edition of this document. Corrections of inaccuracies in the description that do not change the set of Subprocessors and do not extend the scope of the data they process take effect in the manner provided for by clause 13.6 of the General Terms.
